OLD LYME ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
Thursday, June 4, 2009

The Old Lyme Zoning Commission held a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, 52 Lyme Street.  Members present were Tom Risom (Chairman), Jane Cable (Vice Chairman), Jane Marsh (Secretary), Patrick Looney, Ted Kiritsis (Alternate), and John Eichholz (Alternate) arrived at 7:37 p.m.

Also present was Ann Brown, Zoning Enforcement Officer, Eric Knapp, attorney for the Commission and Tom Metcalf, the Town’s Engineer.

Absent:  John Johnson and Beth Sullivan (Alternate)

1.      Convene Meeting; announcement of voting alternates.

Chairman Risom called the Meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.  He noted the members in attendance.  Chairman Risom immediately called for a motion to go into Executive Session and asked the Ann Brown, Eric Knapp and Tom Metcalf be invited in.

A motion was made by Jane Cable, seconded by Pat Looney to enter into an Executive Session re pending litigation, Tolchinski with A. Brown, T. Metcalf and E. Knapp in attendance, a vote was taken and the motion passed unanimously.  The Executive Session started at 7:13 p.m.

John Eichholz arrived at the meeting at 7:37 p.m.

Jane Cable left the Executive Session at 8:30 p.m.

A motion was made by Pat Looney, seconded by Jane Marsh to close the Executive Session, a vote was taken and the motion passed unanimously.  The Executive Session closed at 8:35 p.m.  No actions were taken and no motions made during the Executive Session.

2.      Old business

No public discussion regarding the Executive Session was held.

3.              Adjourn                         
                                
A Motion was made by Pat Looney, seconded by Ted Kiritsis to adjourn the Special Meeting a vote was taken and the motion passed unanimously.  The meeting adjourned at 8:37 p.m.
